Stellar Customer Service&Product!
I purchased my opalite water bottle on 6/16 & was delighted to have received my product so quickly by 6/20. Unfortunately my crystal had come damaged but I emailed customer service & within a couple of days they exchanged it out for a new one. Customer service was very reasonable & understanding. It’s is now 6/29 & I can honestly say the product is definitely worth the purchase. Most importantly it is leak free & I love that it comes with the sweat sleeve to help keep my water cold longer on hotter days. I had been looking for a high quality crystal water bottle for some time now & was excited to find this one available with one of my favorite Stones-opalite. I definitely plan to repurchase other products again now having had a taste of this brands quality. If your on the fence, don’t be. You will not regret it.

I ordered my first water bottle and I chose the new opalite. I fell in love with the picture. The stone I got did not look anything like the picture. But I got ahold of customer service and they sent out a new one. Though to me it still doesn't look like the picture because they are more opaque then white. It is prettier then the original. That's why I am still giving them a 4 star review.
